This is the Steakhouse burger from Burger King. They advertise it as a giant and tasty burger with 100% Angus beef. Sounds good to me. But take a look at what they served me!

Do you know where your meat come from? We are used to buy it already prepared and presented in a nice fancy packages. We never see the animal where this meat come from. We have no idea in which condition it was raised and how it was treated at the slaughter. Look at those pictures and those videos. It's not easy to watch, but they are the facts. I'm not telling you to stop eating meat, I'm not a vegetarian myself. But it's important to make people remember in what inhumane ways those animals are treated.
Everybody wants to pay their steak the cheaper price possible, but it's not acceptable to treat animals that way. Some people are willing to pay more for faire trade coffee to improve the conditions of the workers. But are you willing to pay more for your meat to improve the quality of life of animals destined to finish on your plate? Is it really necessary to treat them with so much contempt and sadism?

Welcome to the grand opening of Real-Reality!
The idea for this site was born during a meal at McDonalds where I was eating a Big Mac that had probably been thrown on the wall before I was served. As I was eating this sad, sad hamburger I saw a van with a 10 feet high Big Mac on it that looked absolutely perfect. That's when I realized that the companies really taught that customers were stupid. When was the last time your food looked like the picture in the commercial or on the box? Very, very rarely. So, Real-Reality was born, to show people that what they advertise in restaurants or frozen dinners publicity is very far from the real reality. We need help getting more pictures. There's so many restaurants, frozen dinners and other stuff that we can never try them all out, or want to for that matter. If you go to a restaurant and see that your food is bad, take a picture and send it to us at
