Sometimes you just need a little help to change your bad habits. If you're a fast food junkie or you just need to eat better, then you should stop by YourFiveADay. It's a cool website with a lot of useful information about health and fitness. One of the many tips you can find is the 20 Ways To Get Your 5 A Day. I always tell myself I should eat more fruits and more vegetables. But after 3 days of eating apples and bananas, I don't know what to eat so I return to my old habit of eating the junk food I can find easily. But now I have some tips to help me detoxify!
